JOIN US

We'd love for you to come workout with us here at Iron Ethos. In order to join our group classes or semi-private training sessions, we first need you to sign up for an initial consultation with one of our trainers, who will assess your ability level, as well as set some goals with you.

SEMI-PRIVATE Training

Semi-private training takes place with 2-4 individuals and 1 trainer. Each individual has their own private program that they focus on during these sessions.

OUR TRAINERS

The trainers here at Iron Ethos aim to help you achieve your fitness goals by assessing where you're at now, where you want to be, and then determining the most effective way for you to get there.

CLASS OFFERINGS

We currently offer two classes, Fitness and Power Hour. Fitness is designed to provide you with general physical preparedness and skill building utilizing kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight movements, while Power Hour focuses on squats, deadlifts, and bench press combined "strongman" elements.
