Choosing to engage in an active, healthy, and compassionate lifestyle leads to a better self and better community.  As instructors and members of Iron Ethos we take steps together to better each others health and well being.  Everyday one should push, pull, squat, and lift something over your head, elevate the heart rate from physical activity, drink water, eat all your veggies, and show compassion to the world around you.
