Health Promotion

Choosing to engage in an active, healthy, and compassionate lifestyle leads to a better personal & community health outcomes.  Everyday one should push, pull, squat, and lift something over your head, elevate the heart rate from physical activity, drink water, eat all your veggies, and show compassion to the world around you.  As a trainer I aim to educate clients the importance of healthy lifestyle choices, and understanding the why and when certain exercises are progressed and regressed.
